Contact and Reservation

  • Please contact us with your reservation request (by e-mail, telephone or mail)

  • A deposit of 30% of the total rate becomes payable at the time of reservation (see payment options)
    The remaining rental fee needs to be paid at your arrival
  • The deposit represents a binding commitment and confirms your booking. We advise our customers to take out travel cancellation insurance.

    Should you wish to cancel you booking after receipt of the booking confirmation we require your cancellation in written form.

    For cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to the booking period 30% of the total rental amount will be retained,

  • Extras will be added to the final bill on the day of departure

By transfer to our French bank account (we will not be liable for any transaction charges)

Further Information

  • In all rooms as well as the breakfast room smoking is not allowed.

  • In consideration of our allergic guests we regret that we cannot permit you to bring your pets.

  • Also, the preparation of food in the rooms is not permitted

  • On the day of arrival you can move into your room from 3 pm,
    check-out time on the day of departure is at 12 pm at the latest.

  • For the duration of your stay Relais de Laval provides parking space for our guest (no liability).

    The deposit represents a binding commitment and confirms your booking. We advise our customers to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Further Information

  • In all apartments as well as the rest of the building smoking is not allowed.

  • In consideration of our allergic guests we regret that we cannot permit you to bring your pets.

  • The apartments can be booked for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • When reserving the apartments the exact number of (resident) guests must be stated at the time of booking.

  • Electricity, Water and Heating are already included in the price.

  • Bed-linen (and their change-over, if applicable) is not included in the price.
    Rental is possible and needs to be specified at booking.

  • A security deposit becomes payable in cash at the time of arrival.
    We expect you to treat the apartments and their inventory with care.
    Please let us know immediately should any damages occur, so that any necessary repairs can be undertaken right away (think of the next renters).
    Renters are responsible for any damages which they have caused.

  • The cleaning fee is optional, and wil be deducted from the deposit if the cleaning
    is not done or incomplete.

  • On the day of arrival you can move into your apartment from 5 pm,
    check-out on the day of departure is at 12 pm at the latest.

  • For the duration of your stay Relais de Laval provides parking space (no liability)
